Our boot camps are highly supportive group training sessions run by qualified personal trainers. They are small groups (maximum 10), and we run a circuit style class that always varies to keep it interesting and ensure you’re working a variety of muscle groups for a great overall workout. We pride ourselves in creating a supportive, fun training environment where you will feel part of a community that keeps you coming back. We are not your cliche “military style” boot camps - we are boot camps without the scare tactics!
Our two trainers both hold a Certificate III and IV in Fitness from the Australian Institute of Fitness.
You’ll book your first group training session with us and that will mark the beginning of your seven consecutive day trial. Regardless of how many sessions you choose to join in that period, the free trial will end seven days from that first session date.

Yes, we understand life happens!
You will receive a text message within 24 hours of completing the free trial form, which will provide you with log in details for our booking platform. You can then change class bookings if needed.
You can unenrol in the class you have booked via our booking platform. You will receive the log in details for this via text, within 24 hours of completing the free trial form.

You can attend as many sessions as you’d like!
Yes, provided you’ve taken professional advice and know it’s safe to do so. We ask that you let us know so that we can make adjustments for you during the session to suit your needs.
Just bring yourself, a towel and water bottle. We’ll provide the equipment, guidance and fun!
